Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for products, services, custom work, installation, support, and other digital services provided by KreativDev ("we", "our", or "us").

By purchasing our products or services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the product has been downloaded, accessed, delivered, or activated.

We do not offer refunds for digital products simply because:

  • You changed your mind
  • You purchased the wrong product
  • You no longer need the product
  • You do not have the required technical knowledge
  • Your hosting/server does not meet the product requirements
  • You expected features that were not mentioned in the product description
  • You found another product or solution
  • You are unable to use a third-party service, API, or payment gateway due to provider restrictions

2. Products Purchased from Third-Party Marketplaces

If you purchase our product from a third-party marketplace such as Envato/CodeCanyon, the refund request must follow that marketplace's refund policy.

We cannot directly process refunds for marketplace purchases. The final refund decision will be handled according to the marketplace's rules and process.

3. Customization Services

Payments made for customization, development, modification, setup, integration, or other custom services are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • The work has already started
  • The task has been partially or fully completed
  • The client changes the requirement after work begins
  • The client cancels the project after assigning the work
  • The delay is caused by missing information, late feedback, or third-party issues
  • The client fails to provide required access, content, or credentials
  • The client requests work outside the agreed scope

If a project is cancelled before work starts, we may consider a partial or full refund depending on the situation and any transaction fees already incurred.

4. Installation and Setup Services

Installation, setup, deployment, server configuration, domain configuration, app submission, or similar technical service fees are non-refundable once the work has started or has been completed.

If the installation cannot be completed due to unsupported hosting, missing server requirements, restricted access, incorrect credentials, or third-party limitations, the service fee may still be non-refundable because time and effort have already been spent.

5. Third-Party Fees

We are not responsible for refunding any third-party fees, including but not limited to:

  • Hosting fees
  • Domain fees
  • Payment gateway fees
  • Marketplace fees
  • App store fees
  • API provider fees
  • SMS/email service fees
  • Bank charges
  • Currency conversion fees
  • Transaction charges

Such fees are controlled by third-party providers and are subject to their own refund policies.

6. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be considered only in limited cases, such as:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Payment made but the service was not started and cannot be provided
  • Product was not delivered due to an issue from our side
  • A major issue exists in the product and we are unable to provide a reasonable fix within a reasonable time
  • A custom service was paid for but cancelled by us before starting

Refund eligibility will be reviewed case by case.

7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of technical knowledge
  • Unsupported hosting/server environment
  • Issues caused by client modifications
  • Issues caused by third-party services or API changes
  • Requesting features not included in the original product/service
  • Failure to provide required access or information
  • Expired support period
  • Abuse, misuse, or violation of license terms
  • Product already downloaded, delivered, installed, or used
  • Custom work already started or completed

8. Bug Fixes

If you find a valid bug in our product, we will try to fix it according to our support policy.

A bug does not automatically qualify for a refund if we are able to provide a fix, update, or workaround.

Issues caused by custom modifications, server limitations, third-party services, or unsupported environments are not considered product bugs.

9. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing time may depend on the payment provider, bank, or marketplace. Any transaction fees, bank charges, or currency conversion losses may be deducted where applicable.

  • Relevant screenshots or details

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time.
